Post of Brand Executive (Location: Hanwella)
New Anthoney’s Farms (Private) Ltd, a company engaged in Chicken Meat Food, is one of the
leading frozen chicken manufacturing and poultry farming companies in Sri Lanka.
We, at New Anthoney’s, strive to maintain the highest quality in our products whilst complying with

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Brand Executive to join our team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and analyzing consumer behavior and market trends.
- Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
- Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, and corporate social responsibility programs.
- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborating with different teams such as strategic and ideation, creative and production, scheduling and execution, and media agencies etc.
- Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials, and social media campaigns.
- Monitoring the company’s brands on social media.
- Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
- Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
- Dealing with high end customers, overseas customers for convincing our products, obtaining orders, and following up the customer satisfaction re our products and service.
Requirements:
- Degree/Professional Qualification in business, marketing, or related field at least 2 years related experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Be a good team player.
- Hands on experience in following would be added advantage.
- Social Media Marketing experience.
- Experience developing social media strategies.
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
- Proven ability to build social media communities.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
- Hands on experience in following would be added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual results
- Approving or rejecting budgets
- Conducting risk management
- Evaluate and decide on investments
- Supervise a team of Accountants
- Allocate resources and manage cash flows
- Conduct profit and cost analyses
- Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
- Consult board members about funding options
- Recommend cost-reducing solutions
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Head of Finance or similar role
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- Leadership abilities
- ACA, ACCA, BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
